“Dear Mr. Nanfito, I had a tractor fire at my residence that resulted in my garage siding being melted and needed to be replaced. After calling half a dozen siding people that resulted in answering machines and no one returning a phone call I called Nanfito Roofing. I was greeted by a real person (Kathleen) on the phone who took down all my information and transferred me to Joe. Joe was right on time for our appointment, took the appropriate measurements and drafted up the contract. It was nice to see that the contract was completed on the spot and I didn't have to wait for it to be mailed. About two weeks later Armand called and said the crew would be over on Friday. At 8 am the crew was at my front door and didn't leave until the job was completed. Actually my driveway was cleaner than before the crew got here. “The skylight in the bathroom was leaking as determined by the watermark on the ceiling adjacent to the skylight. Alan came and inspected the roof area, a 10' x 10' section of the bathroom ceiling needed replacing with the removal of the skylight.
