Needing to replace my roof, gutters, and vinyl siding on the soffits, I intended to get a quote from three contractors. Once V. Nanfito Roofing & Siding quoted, I hired them immediately. Not only was their price lower than expected, they started work on the roof the next week and quickly got to the gutters and siding once the weather permitted. I will definitely go to them for the next job.

We had experienced wind and water damage to our roof and needed to properly remediate and replace the damaged roof. We chose Nanfito due to their full-time Insurance Specialist (Walter) who assisted us and guided us through the complex insurance claim process. His assistance and guidance were invaluable as it resulted in the insurance company paying for an entire roof replacement. The roof was replaced in September of 2025. The quality and professionalism of their work was exceptional and outstanding. I happened to have the time to watch the workers over the 2-day roof replacement. I was extremely impressed with every attention to detail and their superior workmanship. The supervisor (Christian) made a point to be on site, and he even gave me his cell phone number in order to contact him with any concerns or questions that I had. I was also very impressed with the cleanup process each day. In addition, they also facilitated and submitted all documentation and photos to my insurance company for reimbursement. I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Nanfito. We needed a complete roof replacement and they did an outstanding job. The whole project took just 1 day (it was a long one for the crew). They arrived at 7:00 a.m. and began work promptly. They were amazing to watch throughout the day. The team of 6 worked diligently all day. Their cleanup at the end of the day was amazing. You would have not even known they were there. I cannot say enough about this team. Excellent experience. From the start, Brian in the office scheduled inspection of our property. Joe was thorough and inspected the roof and gave us several options. Once we signed, Brian called back and scheduled a rip and replace to be completed in one day to be done the following week. The crew was here on time and completely tented in the house to avoid any damage to our bushes. Great crew, courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The project manager, Etienne, was on the roof after the rip to inspect and advise the crew, and also inspected the job on the roof as well as in the attic after completion. Everyone that I dealt with was professional. The crews were great and did a fantastic job. I am a perfectionist, and I can't complain about anything that was done. It is about 6 months since the roof was done and I still say, 'What a nice roof' every time that I look at it. I am very pleased. Update: While working on the chimney I noticed that the front gutter needed to be raised up a little at the end furthest from the drain pipe. I previously had drain pipes at each end, but we changed that when the roof was done. Brian promptly sent his best guys out to correct the problem and they did a fine job. Now there won't be water sitting in that end any more.

Based on a former neighbor's recommendation from 35 years ago, we gave a call to Nanfito and within a few minutes we were speaking with Walter Kolb, a 10-year sales veteran with the company. Walter immediately got to work with our insurance company and in 2 weeks we had a new roof with code upgrades from 1968 and new plywood.
