To this end, we have chosen to participate in the No Roof Left Behind nationwide campaign. It’s our hope that those in need of a new roof but lack the proper funds have the improvements they need to their property and their lives.

The No Roof Left Behind Program

The No Roof Left Behind program was established as a response to U.S. families that had fallen on hard financial times and were in need of a new roof. A local general contractor, like V. Nanfito Roofing & Siding, who participates in the program, builds a roof at no cost for the family chosen as the winner. The way the program works is:

Participants upload an image along with a short story regarding the individual or family in need of a new roof.
Program volunteers look over the entries and narrow them down to four finalists.
The four finalists are informed that they have been chosen before members of the community cast their vote.
Once the votes have been counted, the winning family is revealed online.

There’s also an “installation celebration” in which the entire community comes together to celebrate with the winning family.

Community Participation

Members of the community who wish to become more involved with the program can have a more active role. The whole community is invited to share the installation day celebration.
